Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods (e.g. sales events, holidays) or due to circumstances outside our control (weather, courier delays, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order Changes and Address Errors
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to modify orders once they have entered the shipping process.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues.
Damages
Life's Made Of Minutes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and also feel free to contact us for assistance.

We currently ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary by destination; any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
